Our private readings are available mainly in two ways: email or online video calls via Whatsapp or Google Meet.  Please refer to the below service chart for our full list of offering.

All bookings has to be submit via our Booking Inquiry Form (below) first, and we will work out the best available appointment time for both parties.

How to Book:

1. Fill in the Booking Inquiry Form HERE.
2. We will check Sensei’s availability and confirm the closest available timeslot. If necessary, we may ask for additional timeslot options.
3. You’ll receive a pre-booking email detailing the finalized amount and payment instructions. To secure your time slot, please complete your payment within 72 hours, and kindly share a screenshot of your deposit slip to expedite the process. We use a secured Stripe payment gateway to process your booking.
4. All bookings are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once payment is received, we will send a confirmation email with a verification code and next steps.
5. For email readings, Genkyu Sensei will respond within 3-5 working days. For live video readings, a certified interpreter will be present to ensure clear communication.
6. Bonus: Using a Genkyudo Gift Card? Just provide your 8-digit gift voucher code in the inquiry form. Each code is single-use, and a confirmation will be sent to the registered user email before we proceed.
